I am looking for plastic name plates located on each side of cuddy for the DS-II. I've looked at several on-line marine stores... no luck.

Rudy at D&R Marine might still have a few of those, not sure. They wouldn't be listed on his website, but a phone call will get a yes/no/maybe as to whether he has any. It is not something that you will find in a typical marine store, except MAYBE a marine consignment shop near an old former O'Day dealer.
I'd give Rudy a call if I were you, unless the Bellingham where you live is Bellingham, MA? If so, a call followed up by a visit to D&R Marine on a saturday morning would be worthwhile!

If you can't find the plastic plates anywhere, the next best thing would be Vinyl decals. A friend of mine sent me two of them a couple of years ago. These can be made up by any graphic design shop that does lettering. A short name decal like "O'Day" should be cheap money to make up. Here's a picture of the decals. Feel free to use it.
