They don't light nor stay lit when it's windy out. I tried mine last weekend and ended up pan frying my steak down below. Bummer, was really looking forward to a nice BBQ steak, but it never stopped blowing, even after dark.

Stu,
What Magma model do you have? This hasn't happened with my Newport at all although it was common with both my old kettle and the Force 10.
