At first glance, it looks like it might be a Watkins. Looking at the photos more closely just gives me more doubts. Sorry.:cry:

How Bad Is It?
What's the difference? The price is right. I would look it over and guess what it would cost to bring it up to 'okay', how much you're willing to invest in time and effort, and then make a decision. If it needs sails and/or a motor, I'd tend to pass. If you're really handy and are looking for something to do, it might just fill up a lot of spare time...a whole lot. You could always part it out and make a few dollars, assuming it won't cost more than you gain to have the hull and leftovers carted away to the dump.

hello the stains on the side is for robing on the dock ,needs sails and motor ,i intent to install a bracket in the back for an outboard engine , and the sails i can always find them used .

I am restoring a catalina 22 and am always up for a challange, but see that your upcoming yacht is outgoing with the tide. Heed the warning and get your notepad out to add up all the realistic repairs and upgrades then look at the market that is out there. It is a buyers market.
