Where do you buy a buffer quick in Portland, Maine?

Not something you would want to see, even after I get it waxed. My boat has had a hard life and is very much in keeping with an owner who has spent most of his professional life around work boats. The PO laid it up for a year and had it shrink wrapped down to the waterline. A year stretched into six due to life issues and there are large patches of small gel coat blisters. He also appears to have been rather poor at docking.
The deck and cabin are also pretty rough. Someone painted them at some point so buffing is out of the question. I didn't wax them last year so that the surface would weather in preparation for repainting, a project I'll be doing this summer afloat.
I've heard highly informed and expert opinions both ways. The shrink wrap was cut back to the sheer after a couple years and the damage is mostly on one side (the sunny one as she was sitting) so I suspect moisture entrapment. She was laid up with the stick in so plenty of water could work it's way down under the shrink wrap.
Fortunately, it is amazing how invisible even major defects like this are from 10 feet away when the boat is in the water. Even when they were on the dock side the first couple seasons, I never noticed them. Since they got me several grand off the purchase price, without which I wouldn't have the boat, I kind of like them.
