Upgrade for Hunter 33.5

I would like to put a anchor windlass system on my Hunter 33.5 (1989). I have the stock Jib roller furling system. Is there a place I can go to find a system that will fit this boat.
Also I lost my stern ladder in a storm. I need to replace this as well.

I have a Hunter 340 1999 and I add a windlass.
The motor need to mount in 90 deg to the windlass shaft in order to get above the front cabin top (limited space)
Pls take into consideration that the chain well in not deep so the chain will fall by itself to place and you must be in place to help it go down and not pile up.
