Overboard Discharge

I'm trying to eliminate as many holes in my boat as possible. The head has 4, the water intake, direct overboard discharge, holding tank discharge, and sink drain. I am going to combine the water intake and the sink drain together and eliminate the direct overboard discharge. My question is this... Could I combine the holding tank discharge into the sink drain and water intake seacock? Sized appropriately of course. I know it'd have to be flushed a bit, but what am I not seeing for this to work? Thanks

If I understand your question, the answer is no

I'm guessing that by "water intake" you mean the head flush water intake...good idea. But whether to eliminate the toilet discharge thru-hull or the tank overboard thru-hull depends on the location of the holding tank discharge thru-hull...it may make more sense to move it and close that one.

No...not unless you want to recirculate your holding tank contents through your toilet and/or risk seeing a geyser in your sink from your holding tank!

You don't want your tank going overboard in any line that connects to any line that brings water IN. However, it's really a moot point...because you're about 800 miles from the nearest waters in which you can legally dump a tank. So you can get rid of all the thr-hulls except the head sink drain after all.
