Good Rainbow Photos

I can't believe this thread died as fast as it did. I saw it way back when, and didn't have time to respond. I really expected to see some cool rainbow pictures. I do have a couple to share.
The first on is a sun dog? It was taken on a very chilly July morning this year. We were anchored in the Thimbles and this happened at sunrise. I think it is a sun dog, only I have only seen them at sunset before.
The second I included just because it was one of the more awesome rainbows I have seen. It was a Fall afternoon in our orchard after a rainshower. The wide shot sows that it was trying to double, the close up was to try to capture the color. It does not do it justice. I have never see a rainbow with such a complete spectrum of color.

When we were blessed to be in Okinawa, the clouds and rainbows were a common but always magnificant experence. I do not have ready acces to those photoes , but I have a great picture of a water spout just off the coast of cocoa beach florida that, when lynn wakes up, i will post on this forum. I do not have access to those photoes on this computer.
