Rad, come on now...

Rad,

I admit that my coin might be the only one. But if it is not, who says that they put it in the same place on all boats?

Many of us know of the traditional place by some under the mast. I knew that tradition when I notice something affixed to the hull. (see picture posted before)

At first I wondered what it was, as it made no sense to the hull. After inspection I saw that it was a coin. Unfortunately, it is facing wrong way so I cannot see date.

But I do not want to challenge any evil spirits to see date.

Also, it could be that coins that Appleman found were thown in loosely to send boat on fruitful voyages.

Maybe on your boat, you cannot get to where they put coin? I presume that your aft cabin is completely lined? So maybe your coin, if you have one is completely different place?

I will leave it to you to find guys who built your boat and ask them if they put one on your boat.

Maybe ask Konstantin if he ever found one?

Fair winds,
Ed K
Is this your boat?

Is this your boat?

That is a center cockpit boat! :D
my aft cabin is lined and I relined it last spring and I was in such a hurry I went over the old stuff with the new
Oh well some day I might spot this coin know that I know what I'm looking for.
Its a real treat when I find a pair of my glasses all over the boat in the odd places from previous visits
