How to install center board back into a 23.5?

Does anyone know how to install a centerboard (swing keel) back into a Hunter 23.5.

ALso what size pin is required to hold the board in place?

Yep... $750... but they were cutting another one at the same time and we got a "discount".

Now I just need to find the correct size pin to hold the board in place.

huh..I paid $849 (keel) + $320 (for the bracket) and shipping them to Singapore, well I can buy another half a keel!!
Now I wait...

When I bought mine their was another 23.5 in the shop that was getting a keel also. The Salesman offered us a deal "if both of us bought a keel the price would be $100 less. Because they would save on the sheet and would only need to set their equipment up once to build 2." He did tell me that they normally sell the keel for $850 and this was a one time deal.

On your bracket... what size pin do you have to hold the keel in place? I need to get one.:neutral:

I believe the diameter is 3/4" for the pivot pin; at least what I got from Idasailor.

You'll Need a Roller and a Pin for it as Well

I still have the up-haul line roller and pin, its just the center board pin went missing with the board.

ALSO.... what size lines (and types is the real question) are on the up haul line and cascade line? I figured while I am replacing the board I might as well put a new up haul line in.
