Interior Boat Cushion Protectant

Hi All: I just used quite a bit of elbow grease cleaning off grunge (sunscreen, etc.) and mildew off of my Hunter 26 interior boat vinyl cushions. I used soft scrub with bleach and a soft bristle scrub brush. It worked very well. I'm looking for ideas to help keep them clean looking longer. I'm tracking down some cabin rainwater leaks. This is the root cause of the mildew. I'm also looking at applying a vinyl protectant like Armorall. Would this help? Would it make them slick and slimy feeling? Any other suggestions? West marine & Napa sells a product called SPF for your stuff, it protect from uv and allows easy wipe down. I highly reccommend it.

I put Armorall on my closed cell foam cockpit cushions. They were WAAAYYY too slippery. They looked great, but would not stay on the seats, and your seat would not stay on them.
