Rich,

On your pictures of your boat, the centerboard is noted for the fact that it is bottom paint blue. Have you removed the centerboard and replaced it already?

Did you seal the inside of the trunk and bottom paint it? Not that difficult and something that ought to be done.

I've since removed the CB and I'm going to sand and fair it.
How do you seal the inside of the trunk?

I taped a paint brush to a handle to reach the top. I used one of the skinny 6" rollers to paint the sides. I used epoxy sealing primer (two coats) and epoxy primer (two coats) and bottom paint (two coats).

On my boat, a 26, the bolt that holds the small block for the pendant can be removed and reinstalled by taping it to a handle to reinstall.

My arms do reach far enough to the top so I devised extensions. I used a full plastic face mask to see what I was doing.
