I am trying to install a Harken one line reefing kit on my 272 ODay. For the system to work properly I need to install "Feeder Plates" which keep the sail slugs in the chanel so they do not fall out of feeder opening. Does anyone know where I would find feeder plates?
Thanks

Any rigging shop should be able to make them up for you. Also, many spar manufacturers have them made for their masts as stock items. The "feeder plates" close off the mast slug gate and make it the width of the track, so the slugs can drop past it. They generally screw on to the mast. You could easily make some up using some flat aluminum sheet stock.

Do you have any rigging shops to reccomend? I called Doyle Sails and they suggested a machine shop or for me to make them myself. Also not too many spar makers in US that I was able to find.
Thank you
