Do toerails leak

Hey guys,
do the toerails on the oday 26''s leak into the cabin? I don't see where the screws enter through the deck. Same question for the hatch slides. I am pretty sure the handrails need reseating. I am trying to do all the maintenance on my 1984 before i put her back into the water. (see cutta hole in my boat)
