I need the plastic piece that you push to release the center hub, or the entire center hub would do. Thanks

The best advice for 'push button' Barlow winches is: trash them - they are DANGEROUS.
The push-button release Barlows can release the drum from the spindle when the winch is fully loaded, the drum will 'precess' like a spinning top and follow along the tailed line and can seriously harm the person tailing the winch ... when (not if) the drum disengages.
I wont go into the bloody details but I had one come back at me, knocked me out, bled about a pint onto the coachroof from a massive 'third eyebrow', regained consciousness about 30 minutes later and was headed for the Virginia coast in one hell of a hurry .... all due to an exploding Barlow push-button winch. I later removed and trashed ALL the Barlows (both the push button and center screw types) on my 2 boats.
Sorry but "push button release" Barlows should be immediately taken to the trash can. Imagine what would happen if one would fail and your almost to the top of the mast in a bosuns chair hanging from one of the exploding Barlows??? I know of several others who have been hurt by exploding Barlows.
