Well, I finally did it. ‍☠

I've started a little YouTube channel documenting the refit of my 1982 Catalina 22, SERENITY, along with some of the boatbuilding, modifications, repairs, and questionable shenanigans that seem to accompany the project.

I just posted the first video: “How I Accidentally Bought a Catalina 22.”

I'm still figuring out this whole YouTube thing, but I thought some of the Catalina 22 crowd here might enjoy following along.

Anyone who's interested can search:
"CAPTAIN GREY BEARD'S BOATWORKS"
on YouTube.

Fair winds,
Captain Grey Beard ‍☠

It's a slide show. I hate slide shows. Any video clips added would be appreciated :)
That video is covering a portion of the ongoing story that started 4 yers ago. At that time, I didn't have any intentions of making youtube videos. So, in order to tell that part of the story, I had to rely on photographs taken at the time.
Also, during the crossing in bad weather, I was consumed with operating the boat, rather than taking pictures. So it was necessary to fill that gap with cartoon visuals.
Future Vidoes that cover current projects and Questionable Shenanigans, will have move video footage.
That being said: I believe the story and technical information provide still hold considerable value.
Thank you for your constructive feedback, and thank you for watching!
I sincerely value both! :)
