If you are feeling a bit nervous about the renewal date on your CG Documented vessel, you can search the database at this CG Website.

Government Shutdown - Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Due to the federal funding hiatus, applications for documentation and other services related to commercial operations are being held until the government re-opens. To avoid risk of CODs expiring/additional fees being incurred, vessel owners are encouraged to renew via eStorefront, PRIOR to COD expiration date.
Requests related to recreational endorsements/activities will continue to be processed.
