top side handrails

Mermaid...probing into the handrail holes on the cabin top...I can feel nuts embedded at position 2,4,6,8, which matches the pattern with machine screws. That pretty much guarantees the handrails from being pulled out as opposed to using all wood screws.
Thats crazy.....Yamaha boats amaze me on their detail in construction

Still thinking I may do what Riptide has shown and thru bolt using washers and acorn(cap) nuts on the inside.
Gots to sits and thinks.

There are some shops that you can send your handrails to and they will remake them in the Plasteak
