Sent a private email and was advised it is a 2011 model 27. I retired befor then. I asked for the serial number which will identify the specific boat.
Spoke with Mike at Sailboat owners. Assuming it is a keel boat, that model was first introduced by me for model year 2004. Records do not show when production ceased. The bow roller appears to be the same one installed by hunter which is separate from the forestay chain plate.
There should be three screws that are drilled and tapped into an aluminum plate encapsulated in the fiberglass. The three screws were nutted below inside. The use of sealant should be 4200 but did see 5200 used above on the deck.
First I would recheck the nuts removed were for the bow roller. I would then see if the forestay chain plate is held fast beside the anchor roller plate and if so, loosen that forestay chain plate to get the pressure off the anchor bow roller.
If that is not the case, I would try a long handle Phillips screw driver using a vice grip pliers attached to the handle by going back and forth with the vice grip’s holding the screw driver down to loosen the sealant which is probably 5200. Worked for me every time but do not force it. Keep us posted
