Layout of cockpit seems late 70's, early 80's. The catbird seats in the cockpit quarters makes it look like they haven't done a lot of racing lately. Resembles a Peterson 34, but doesn't match cabin profile or cockpit layout.

Wrong toerail for a C&C, no? C&C ports are not usually rectangular - they generally "slant".

Older C&Cs almost always have a break in the cove stripe midship to display the boat's name.

Santana Shock 35. Nice racer/cruiser.
No rig so can't be sure... if it's masthead its a Schock 35, if it's fractional it's a Santana 35. Identical deck, the Schock has hull and keel modifications.
Our son races a Schock 35 quite successfully.

Shock offered a retrofit open transom kit for the Shock 35. The hulls were the same although the Shock 35 had considerable less freeboard. Shock 35 PHRF 72, Santana 35 PHRF 126
