Artemis , twin sister to Apollo and Goddess of the Moon, is about to begin the trip back to the Moon.
Although the first launch was delayed today. It will happen soon.

The launch system was tested near me.

First test of the unmanned orbiter, will be first step.

NASA has changed all the Seals associated with the Hydrogen leak that scrubbed this launch.

The new Seals are being tested now.

The next Launch windows are...
  • Sept 23: Two-hour launch window opens at 6:47 a.m. EDT; landing on Oct. 18
  • Sept. 27: 70-minute launch window opens at 11:37 a.m.; landing on Nov. 5
CAPSTONE is another un-manned Moon Orbiter that is proving Gravitational Dynamics in a special designed Moon Orbit. Going from Earth to Moon using NO fuel.

That launch window doesn’t look great

Even if the forecast holds the storm south until after the launch window, given the likelihood of a scrub I would think NASA would be apprehensive about having the vehicle out while the storm is approaching. https://www.space.com/artemis-1-moon-rocket-september-27-launch-weather says the vehicle can stay on the pad in winds up to 74 knots, or roll back through winds of 40 knots.

I see NASA now lists the date as “under review” at NASA Launch Schedule

Topical Storm Nicole delays the launch date until

Wednesday, Nov. 16

pending safe conditions for employees to return to work, as well as inspections after the storm has passed.

The SLS rocket is designed to withstand 85 mph (74.4 knot) winds at the 60-foot level with structural margin.

It might be worth a day trip up there. The question is if there's a launch? Viewing from the Ft. Pierce park might be good enough. Or maybe Vero Beach?
Gotta look at the weather. I heard on the radio that there is a mild cold front approaching which could kick off some showers.

But remember the view will be memorable, when the Rockets are above the Sparse Clouds.

Since lift off is expected to be at 1:04 AM, EST.

It should be spectacular at night, but for others...
