Wetsanded and buffed, bottom stripped, 6 coats of barrier coat, 3 coats antifoul.Looking good.
Paint or polished gel coat?

We all lust for a well protected place to store our boats and work on them through the winter.
I am definitely fortunate to have access to this one. Until I posted here, I didn't realize how lucky I was. It's just an old boat storage building at our shop. We have 3 of them for winter storage of power boats. My personal shop lacks the headroom for tall boats or it would be in there.
We have this one too... climate controlled, 16ft door with a 35 and 50ft long bay. It's the way to work in the winter.

A nice set of drums,.amps,.and keyboards in one corner... A nice space for cars.. a fridge... Storage... Pinball machine...
Not sure if it is just me, but having a building like that with a mezzanine living area... seems to be the ultimate home.
