You really have to wonder what the heck he was thinking, more likely wasn't thinking. The idiot obviously didn't know anything about boats. What I find amazing is he was able to to get the boat going, get away from the dock but then couldn't avoid hitting those boats and dock! It's almost like he did it intentionally.

A couple of years ago a pair managed to steal an Oyster ( big) from Sausalito and get out the Golden gate. So far so good, unfortunately the star he chose to steer by was the Taco Bell on the beach in Pacifica and they ran aground.
