A little gorilla tape and flexible white paint they will be good as new !

Time for new.. Or even decent used ones at a reasonable price (depending on other factors like how long you will keep the boat, how you plan on using it, available cash etc.)

A little Clorox bleach will brighten them up and then get some white duck tape. They'll be good as new.

Follow the advise above.............and sail with it until it blows out and rips apart. In the meantime, get quote for a new sail since it will take several months until you receive it.
