Looks like a Colgate 26. Great boat to teach sailing on.

Complex rig. Jumper up top, looks like a Solent rig with running backstays also. Got to be French.:)
I believe what you think are runners is actually the topping lift. It has a partially split backstay and I think what looks like double headstays are actually a spinnaker halyard and the forestay.

@capta Once I enlarged the picture you are right on the spinnaker halyard going to the masthead. The boat looks like a larger version of a Fun 23. The Fun spinnaker is just above the forestay but this boat has the jumper stay above so they can hoist the spinnaker from the masthead. This boat also has the track for the self tacking jib like the Fun 23. This boat does not need a topping lift since it has a spring vang. That's the reason the main halyard is holding the boom instead of a topping lift. Enlarge the picture and follow what you think may be a topping lift, goes to a tang just aft of the forestay . A little low for a topping lift. The taught runner is attached at the same point opposite side of mast. Agee that it has an adjustable backstay. With the exception of the jumper and double spreaders, the rig is the same as the Fun 23 my neighbor has.
