I have experienced some delamination in the laminate lug ..last year I used a quick set liquid epoxy and a spatula...and inserted epoxy as deep as i could go into the delaminated individual layers and then clamped the lug tight using alum plate. It hardened the laminate up...but now I am thinking maybe I should replace the laminate lug to hull..what have others used to replace the laminate with...and what material did you use to attach lug to hull...FRP or another epoxy type?

I'm assuming its the chain plate attachment points forward of the mid bulkhead that are not associated with a actual bulkhead? The ones behind the toilet in the cubby and the one in the closet on the other side for the forward, inner stays.
It’s tough to see the issue with the quantify pictures. The tow structures you are talking about on my boat for the forward inner stays are plywood encapsulated in fiberglass mat and tabbed to the hull. I believe the rears are the same and then trimmed with veneer plywood. If they are just plywood I would wonder if they are not original to start with. Regardless the plywood is failing and due to water intrusion ( or improper plywood used). Defiantly a replacement situation in my book. I wouldn’t bandade something like that. The PO of my boat did a bulk head repair due to a rotten area around the starboard cap stay. They cut out the bad area and bolted in a large aluminum plate then bolted the chain plate to it. It workes but there is a lot to work with being it’s a bulkhead. In your situation, it is what it is and replacement seems necessary. Hardest/worst part would be the demo and prep due to grinding the FG.
