Replacement cockpit ladder

Hello again all. We've made the purchase and are the proud owners of a 98 C250 wing keel. The previous owner has removed the inboard diesel and faired in the hull. This makes access to the rear berth much easier, but the new cabin access ladder is flimsy and needs replacement. Does anyone have suggestions for a replacement cabin ladder or is this likely a custom job? I imagine that the WB250 cabin ladder is relatively easy to find, but I've heard that the WB model has almost 5" of less headroom, meaning the ladder would be too short.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Congratulations on your new 98 C250 wing keel!!

You OR a carpenter / stainless steel shop can fabricate your own like these. You can buy boat steps that can be screwed on. Do an internet search on "Sailboat Companionway Steps" to get design ideas and find various ones for sale.
