Sheaves needed

I have an 84 Hunter 31.
So yesterday was good and good lol, wind was 15-20kts gusting to 30 so great sailing but had to put in a second reef under some load and unfortunately I blew up the old dried out brittle sheaves that the rear reefing lines run through at the cockpit end of the boom, they are secured by a pin that slides into a slot.
Reefing lines are port and starboard and in the middle is a sheave(black in color) for the outhaul.
Checked west marine none in stock that size.
They are
Black for outhaul
11mm Id
30mm od
9.5mm wide
White for reefing lines
11mm Id
16mm od
14.24mm wide
Anyone know where to get replacements?
I’ll try scouring the interweb but usually on this forum it’s happened to someone else already.
Thanks in advance

It is held in with rivets. You will need to drill out the button. It is a soft aluminum so it does not take much to drill them out.

Then go to Lowes or Home Depot and get one of these

Pop rivets are very easy once you get the hang of it. Also YouTube is there if you need a confidence booster before you try one.

Ok cool thanks
I have a rivet gun and rivets but always appreciate the guidance before I try to remove something.

Cool

You are good to go. It is not difficult. You will need to a punch to tap out the axle for the sheaves
