Although I've got two brand new replacement wood spreaders made up for my Cal 34 Lapworth, does anybody know of any aluminum spreader swap outs for it?

I'll never have to worry about them rotting away again. Some places on line said they only go toward smaller boats.

Hi OffCourse. Welcome to the forum.

I replaced the wood spreaders with aluminum on my Cal35C. They were made by Ballenger Spar Systems in Watsonville CA. They are performing great.

Thank You John! I WILL check them out!
With my luck the past 5 years, I'd think MY wood ones would rot out in 4 years or under. : )

I had wooden spreaders on the Ranger 29. When I had the boat, they were 30 + years old and sound. The tops were in need of paint. I think they were spruce but I'm not sure.
