I am trying to track down either a replacement fixture or a replacement bulb in my 2001 Beneteau 311. Has any one else had to replace these?

I replaced all of my OEM fixtures in the 310 with Marinebeam fixtures. Alternatively, they have an LED replacement "bulb" to replace the incandescent bulbs.I chose to replace all the fixtures because they were getting a little ratty looking from age. The ones I used to replace are the model that comes on red and with a flick of the on/off switch will change to white. Love them. Go here to see: www.marinebeam.com

I used the brass with the switch having the red/warm white setup. They have several models that may be a closer match your OEM fixtures. But, in my case, these were almost identical to the OEM.
Been long enough ago that I don't recall off hand whether I had to put connectors on the fixture to hook them up or whether they came with connectors. Suggest you send them a question through their web page. Jeff and Nathan at Marinebeam are always responsive and helpful. This is my "Go to" supplier for all things lighting.
I installed the red/white bulb ony at the nav sation. It comes on the red at first, and that is a good night light. But my crew gets frustrated at having to flip the switch twice- or more- to get to the white light. I don't think I'd change ALL of your bulbs to red/white.
