we are the proud owners of a hunter 33 from 2005 fitted with a toilet water treatment system but which we have never used. No recovery system in the countries explored available. Today the ports of New Caledonia are equipped with a suction recovery system but we have no idea how the system that equips our boat works. Can someone help us? Thank you

A boat as new as 2005 almost certainly has a pump out port on deck. It will be about 3” in diameter and look something like this
The port for filling your water tank And the one for your diesel can look similar so make sure you know which is which before you stick the suction wand in.

I need a bit more information before offering any advice: I'm not sure what you mean by "toilet water treatment system." Is it just a holding tank that you don't know how to empty or maintain? Or is it a separate "treatment" device that "sanitizes" waste and flushes it overboard legally? If it is a treatment device, what's the brand name? If you don't know, I can identify it if you'll post a photo.

The port Rgranger mentions can vary slightly. Some pumpout stations carry a variety of adapters. We have a set onboard but only one fits.

Curious what your "toilet waste treatment system is"? If we know what you have we can provide some additional help.
The 2005 Hunter 33 manual excerpt attached (pages 58) shows your waste system layout for a manual and electric flush toilet. This might to obvious, but you can discharge your holding tank waste by vacuuming it out, via a suction recovery system as you described, with a vacuum system waste hose and nozzle inserted into the through–deck fitting. Optionally, you can discharge directly overboard by opening the thru hull-hull discharge valve downstream of the macerator pump, which I assume you already know how to operate.
Very nice boat, we've had ours for 12 years. Most likely Jabsco toilet with manual pump. Flip the lever to add water, thru-hull for the water intake is at base of stairs, then flip the lever to dry and pump unitl waste gets to the tank. Usually 5-6 strokes once the bowl is empty. Waste tank is behind the access door in the aft cabin. Pump out vacuum hooks up to the deck fitting on the starboard side stern quarter. Macerator is located under the aft cabin berth and thru-hull at base of stairs. You open the thru-hull, turn on the Macerator breaker on the DC panel and activate the pump with the Macertator toggle switch to empty the tanlk.
