Best polyurethane stripper

Beginner here. Want to re-do all exterior woodwork. Appears that it was stained and then coated with polyurethane. Was hoping to be able to remove the woodwork to make re-finishing easier but all of it appears to have been bedded in with some sort of bedding material and plutonium, apparently. Cannot even move the wood without fear of breaking it. Any recommendations for a polyurethane stripper (gel?) that I will be able to use on the boat without too much worry about fiberglass damage if some gets on it?

You can use regular stripper... just tape off the non wood areas your concerned about.

One of my issues is that there are so many types of strippers and some of them say they are NOT recommended for polyurethane. Which stripper have you had luck with?
