Anybody had this problem with their display. It used to be that if I banged the display, it would stop, sometimes. I am suspecting an electrical connection. This is on my 2004 H33

Wow...............nice film!!

Tried performing a hard reset? Turn off the unit and reseat the CF card a couple of times. Hold down soft button 1 while powering up the unit, keep it held down for about 10 seconds.

I had an issue with a C70 on my last boat. It's obsolete so service was not available. I would try their forum, there is a lot of information on it but will require time to research. My display developed vertical lines which made it unreadable. I finally found someone on the Raymarine forum who had the same issue. The circuit board on the bottom of the display uses a hard connector (not a ribbon style) that lost it's connection. I disassembled the unit and cleaned it, reassembled it after firmly pressing on the connector and it is still working today 5 yrs later.

Its possible that you could open up the case and re seat all of the connecters and chips.
That can‘t make things any worse and its past being obsolete...
I did that with a C70 and it was still working when I pulled it out of the boat and installed a new MFD.

Wow! You have my sympathy.
Just last week I changed out the screen on our GPSMAP unit and that saved us for a year or two. It was actually pretty easy.
When you change pages on that unit do they roll onto the next one like that? If so, perhaps the change page button is stuck in the go position. Maybe you could open it up and clean the key & number pad contacts, or perhaps an authorized repair shop could suggest a fix?

As mentioned above you can try the Raymarine forum. Either someone else has had the problem or the Raymarine tech's are usually quick to repsond.

If you are close to your boat could you measure the depth of the Navpod. Mine's 3 hours away and our marinas are still closed to public. I just bought a Raymarine Axiom 7 to replace my 15 yr. old 435i and need to know if I'll need right angled cable to install.

I am 1.5 hours away - but plan on going down in the next day or so, and will measure the navpod.
Also, thank you to the other's who have replied - I have taken some notes to check things out. I got some electronic contact cleaner and plan to unplug every thing, clean, and install. Raymarine Forum next..

Thanks everyone

The navpod is about 4" deep.

I checked all connections (cleaned each) and hooked back up - no change. I ended up taking the unit home for shipment to Flir..

I was at BaconSails.com before the lockdown. They had two sets of used C80s. I have C80 w/o/ radar. My first unit , the screen went crazy, then quit. What the heck do those little red and black wires feed?

I don't recall where the red/black wires went - so can't answer. Sorry (boat is 1.5 hours away..)
