Clamshell Vent Covers

Ahoy, I have a Beneteau 43 and for the life of me cannot find replacement clamshell vent covers for the two drainage holes on the bow of the boat. Our mooring pennants managed to break them off last season and I would like to replace them. While their seems to be millions of clamshell vents available none fit the bill. This particular vent cover has only one screw to attach to the hull, it is plastic, and about 3" in length.

Any ideas?
