Aft A/C Unit Issues

Hi all, new to the forum and hoping for some guidance on this. The aft A/C unit on our 2000 Hunter 460, even with the aft switch on switch board turn on, will not turn on or work. Any thoughts? I have tried to only have the aft on with not the main A/C working but still no luck. The thermostat light does not light, no air flow etc.

Thoughts or has anyone else had this issue?

You google the terms "bypass thermostat" and study up on it.

Before going any further, it may be as simple as a power problem - always check the easy stuff first.

Verify you have power to the condenser as well as low voltage to the control head.

Thanks so much. Right now we seem to have enough voltage coming through. The forward A/C working when all is selected or just on. When we turn off forward and only aft it doesn't at all. Our Xanbus system inverter is showing in and out is good. Switches to correct is also good. It previously worked (a few weeks ago) with current set up on voltage.

UPDATE: We started investigating the electrical system located in the aft. It appears there has been a small electrical fire (time unknown) located within the Dometric U -control box. When he pulled the cover off you can see the smoke residue. We assume this was not done before since the unit did work. In addition we have a washer dryer unit we used for the first time recently so unsure if it is also related to that :/
