ProFurl S26 with Failure at Sail Attachment Point

I wonder if that UV light plastic would work on your unit. It is a resin that hardens by UV light. It is marketed as being like the filling material used by dentists.
I think it has a name like "bondix" . never used it. Saw it as a YouTube ad. I think there is a German company selling something similar.

Here is what I have gone with for repairing the ProFurl S26's broken eyelet on my Hunter 25.5 (1984). I have not attached the sail with a shackle at this point, but the tack of the jib can just barely be seen at the top of the image.

This solution easily allows for future options to be tried if this method turns unfavorable.

I would like to ask if anyone has an assembly guide or parts list for this type of furler.
I have the same one on my Rebell Seaskip boat (1985), which I bought used.
It's not in the best condition and I want to fix it
