Broken sail guide clip

Not sure what to call this but any suggestions on how to fix it? I don't sew.
Pictures attached. Both the broken and how it should look.

I don't sew.

Wouldn't be a bad time to start learning, huh? Get a seam ripper and start with that twine.

You can also use a sail slide shackle instead of sewing.
