Replacing lazerette locks

I have a set of lazerette locks that need replacing, never had key for them and one fell apart with an unimpeded descent into a muck bottom never to be seen again. No identifying markings to determine who created it. It is recessed into a 1 1/4 " by 3" rectangular hole. Anyone know anything about these locks, perhaps they were used on more than just my boat. Pictures help so I include two views.

There are no stated dimensions although it they look functionally the same, are they drop in replacements?

The application was for your boat. They were under "cabin hardware" though. You might contact SBO and ask.

I am much more in favor of hasps and a combo lock. I always lose the key....
