Hello all and what is the best and easiest way to remove the impeller from my yanmar 4jh3e engine as want to change it Access is limited due to the starter motor location so any tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks and will need to see if the impeller in the pump is one with the thread, if not any ideas?
I use the Jabsco puller, fits well in the cramped space.

Site store sells a much less expensive Seadog variety, not sure it is fits into that space.

Having a puller definitely makes this an easier job. Don’t use a screwdriver.
