There are so many fantastic pictures of the J class yachts, it's hard to choose one.

That was a fascinating restoration nicely displayed in the video. The interior was controversial. I liked the innovation of levels to make the space work better for the owner.
The finish they chose is different, has no real era. Below was the original interior finish, typical Herreshoff.
A very successful project for the owner and several local businesses.

Herreshoff is my favorite designer. His boats are simple, straightforward, balanced, efficiently functional and most of all, absolutely gorgeous.

Herreshoff designs are absolute classics. Its good that somebody has the interest and the resources to undertake such a project. Definitely way above my pay grade!
