Owner's manual in English?

It has been nearly two months since our Oceanis 35.1 was delivered to us. What I didn't first notice was the owner's manual was in French. I saw the cover, but I thought it was like the manual with the Jeanneau we had where the text was in both French and English. Not this one -- all French. So far, the dealer has not turned up a English manual.

Is there any online location of these documents? I have searched with no luck.

Did a subscription to VesselVanguard come with your purchase? Our 37 came with that, and most of the component manuals were available there. Can't remember if the manual for the boat itself was but it's worth a look. If not your dealer should be able to provide one. Our dealer gave one copy the boat owner's manual, plus one copy with more technical details like (somewhat accurate) wiring diagrams.

Turns out the dealer did inform Beneteau of this issue as a warranty claim. Now, how long until Beneteau responds we will see.

No VesselVanguard subscription.

I'm surprised that they missed that. Bénéteau does about half of his business in the USA. I wonder if they build this boat in one of their plant in the States.
Any way I sent you the owner manual in English on your personnel e:mail address.

Received -- thanks! You are right, the boat was built in Marion, SC, USA, and put in the inventory of a brokerage in Annapolis, MD, USA. Why there was not an English version of the manual with the boat is curious.
