Looks awkward. Center of gravity has to be very high.
The images are on flat water ponds. Not even sure how you would get it up and running while on the water let alone from you boat. One leak in the pontoon and you loose the bike and all the equipment.
Good thing they have PFD's on for the money shot. Not for me.

I really liked Roland's flying boat because you could potentially raise the mast more and turn that wing into a crabclaw sailboat or fold the wings together to form it into a marconi rigged sailboat. You get too close to a lee shore and convert the rig and fly right over it.
