Hunter Legend 40 1989 Electric Panel

I am trying to clean my electric panel and reverse more to original. Who can tell what is supposed to go in hole hidden by the black tape? Same question with the battery charge regulator? I would appreciate photos of original equipment as well as specification (vendor and p/n). Thank you for the help.

Under the tape was another gauge similar to the 2 you have for the dc panel. But gave charge amps. Don't know bender but this site should and prob has parts for it

Where the "TrueCharge" display is now, was likely the stereo. My '87 35 has a very similar panel, and the panel contained a very defunked stereo.
