Usually on a 20 foot boat, a winch handle is not necessary.. use the winch with 2-3 turns on it by pulling on the end.. and use the winch to stop the sheet.. The winch handles are pretty universal.. If you want one, the composite ones would work fine on your boat..

As was said, on a 20' boat, winches are often not needed at all. My 21 doesn't even have them.
If you plan to race, you will want a handle. If you plan to push the boat hard, you will want a handle.
