Head and fresh water holding tank

Hello, just bought a 1987 272le and was wondering if anyone could tell me two things.
1. What size waste water hoses are, inside diameter?
2. Where I could get a free water holding tank or if there is a name or model number on your tank, mine was removed by a previous owner.

Almost all heads have a 3/4 inch ID intake, and 1.5 inch out going.

I have an O'day 272LE.....I cannot help you on the head holding tank / waste water hose diameter....but thinking about mine,
I think Dave has given you good information above....you could also contact Rudy at D & R Marine...in Assonet, Massachuesetts....yes, it is mis-spelled....as for the water tank, I have considered replacing mine, but have not; yet....If i do replace it I would go with one of the vinyl ones that are variable in size....my 30 gallon tank put in by O'day has a hairline crack very near the top....is not an issue at the dock but if we go sailing on a windy day, it will leak water into the bilge (if full) and the bilge pump will cycle on and off as it slowly leaks.....since the crack is at the top of the tank, it only leaks for a little while until the water gets 3 or 4 inches below the crack...there is little reason to worry much about it as we've had the boat since 1986 and all seems well.....they are great boats....truthfully, our boat looks like it did the day we bought it....congratulations on your purchase and I'd be happy to help you with any questions or advice. I don't know any sources for free water or waste tanks, but Ronco Plastics Ronco Plastics Marine Catalog makes TOP quality thick-walled water and waste tanks for a very reasonable price (they sell direct) and has more than 400 shapes and sizes, over 100 of which are non-rectangular, and they install fittings in the sizes and locations specified by the customer when they make the tank. Be sure to specify "water" or "waste" when you order the tank.
Fwiw, Ronco has made OEM tanks for many boat builders over the last several decades. I don't know if Oday was one of 'em, but if they were, they're likely to still have the molds for 'em. Definitely worth asking.

And btw...although the standard toilet discharge fitting is 1.5", Jabsco is the only mfr who used a 1" discharge. They finally began offering 1.5" too...so if your toilet is a Jabsco, the discharge fitting can be either 1" or 1.5". Because holding tank fittings are all 1.5", a 1" would require an adapter in the discharge. If your toilet is a Jabsco with a 1" discharge, the best solution would be to call Jabsco for a new 1.5" discharge fitting. That also applies no matter what size it is on any toilet if you have a straight discharge fitting where a 90 is needed, or vice versa.

Thank you Peggie, good advice for me as well on the water tank....you helped me last year on the Raritan PHII head hook-up. I'm the fellow that could not find the elusive black ball.
