The attached is a pdf Scan of the engine/transmission spec page from the official Yanmar Service Manual.
Clutch oil capacities for each transmission oil are on the last line.
As to oil type, hopefully someone else with your transmission can advise what the nameplate specifies. In the service manual, in chapter 13, "Operating Instructions", there is a chart which applies to all transmissions models installed in QM line. They are ATF's. But since the manual's publication, in the late 70's, the types have been superceeded/replaced. Anyway it says: For Shell=Dexron. For Mobile = ATF220. For Esso=ATF. For Caltex = Texamatic. (Try finding that now!)

For the engine I use Shell Rotella T 15W-40 in the San Francisco Bay area. The first time I double changed it. What I like is how clean the oil looks after 100 hours, still gold colored and clear on the dipstick.
My transmission takes 1.5 liters see picture. I use Penzoil Dexron 3 ATF.
