That is because it is the daffodil inspector. This time of year you see daffodils brightening the cemeteries...

I'm curious how abnormal is defined. Weather is cyclic, so is abnormal defined by the average relative to the cycle, or just a straight average.

I miss Laguna Beach I used to be stationed at MCAS El Toro in the early 70's and rode my bicycle and my Kaw 750 out to the beaches many, many times. My aunt and uncle are retired there now.
