Looks like a Pearson 365 .. everything except the wonky backwards steering and the non-split handrails ! (companionway sea hood, dorades, forward hatch cockpit combings) It has been VERY well restored on the outside.. Swan nor Hinckley would never have used those plastic ports. Might be an Asian origin too?

I think SV Chickadee wins the prize.. a late model Seawind II.. with some deck mods.. some nice looking Plasteak..
