trying to find out who made my boat. Title says it's a 1969 Bristol but I suspect that's not what it is. Someone else said it was a Rhodes but I've never seen a Rhodes like this one. Any info would be great

Rhodes are know for a flaired hull at the bow... and yours does have a nice flair at the bow, but it does not look like the Rhodes 19 or Rhodes 22. Both are models I've worked on. She looks like she could sail in some chop though.

Here is a Bristol 19 and it does not have the same under body or bow as your boat

And here is a Rhodes 19 by O'day

Also not your boat.

You should name her Mysterial. :)

Gunni might have it... I did a google image search for Mariner 19 and found a bunch of similar looking boats but all of the ones I found were swing keel or dagger board

So maybe you have a rare fixed keel version.

I was thinking that maybe it was a mariner but the cabin is different from and mariner I've ever seen.

I think "it's a U boat." I'm sure "it's not a my boat"! OK, all seriousness aside, have you looked for letters and numbers on the transom or perhaps inside on the underside of any wooden hatch covers or storage area covers. While crawling into the less accessible areas of boats I have repaired I have often found hand written information left by a boat worker as they installed parts. Best Wishes

Looks like a Mariner but the rudder is wrong. Do you have an overall measurement.

Is it a fixed keel or centerboard rusted down, I looked at the fullsized photo and there's a homemade cradle on that homemade trailer.

Do you have the Vessel ID Number? It should be stamped on the stern near the toe rail on the starboard side? That would end the discussion.

HINs became the law of the land in 1973. Before that there was no standardized way to identify manufacture or date built.

The front looks like a Mariner but the transom and spade rudder are wrong. One person you might want to contact is Rudy at D&R marine that supply O'Day parts. O'Day at one point was making boats for other companies, this might be one of them. Also, where you are located on Cape Cod is right next to D&R

Every mariner I have seen has the rudder off the back and the cabin is different. I'm thinking this may have been a prototype of some sort. There are no hull ID #'s

Interesting look to that boat. The bow sweep and slight rise to the transom configuration, along with the lower mid length, reminds me of a New England skiff.

The would be a SAILSTAR Voyager, she is 19' LOA. I am glad to see that she finally was able to be hauled out for the Winter! I hope his gem will find a good home, she has been for sale for several years at a local boatyard, then went in hte water this past summer, but the mast was never stepped. I felt sorry for her, but can't afford another boat at the moment. She is a Robert Baker design from the 1960s. Sailstar was located i Warwick, RI, but moved to Bristol, RI when Clint Pearson bought the company, ultimately he stopped building the various Baker designs that Sailstar was known for and started building the Corithian and other newer designs under the new name, BRISTOL YACHTS. So, Sailstar more or less became Bristol.
