NAVIGATION INSTRUMENT LIGHTS OUT

I have a Hunter (1994) Passage 42: the engine instrument, the autohelm instruments on the steering pedestal and the pedestal compass lights all went out at one time. I can not find any fuse blown or any disconnected wires. Is there a hidden fuse or what?

I believe the instrument lights are powered from the navigation lights circuit. That is where I would start.
