So would you be near Treasure Island? I think it's up that way (Jewel Island?). I follow a boat on YouTube called Miss Lone Star. They overnighted near Jewel Island, and the tide ran out. The boat listed over on the hard and flooded through open seacocks when the tide came back in. Huge mess. Be watchful, she's a beauty.

Linekin Bay in Lobster Cove, near Boothbay Harbor. 10 minute walk to all the lobster you can eat. 15 minutes to the village. Best place to try out an anchor light.
